Tournament is scheduled for a 12 game season. There will be NO MAKE-UPS due to weather cancellations. Playoffs will be played on December 12 & 19.

All teams must register below and give a $90 deposit to hold spot in tournament. Only coach or team manager must register online. All players must register individually and purchase season credential ($30) before or after your game on Sep. 5 or 12 at Roosevelt Middle School. Age verification documents must be present to receive player I.D.

- Birth Certificate with picture ID
